Project Cost Estimator (Old Hickory, TN):

​

Review preliminary engineering drawings and structural specifications and calculations. Review, and analyze sub-contractor, supplier quotes. Gather information needed during the entire project such as basis of design, scope, and specification, and prepare cost estimates. Prepare budget and schedules, list required materials, equipment, and manpower requirements to complete the project within schedule and budget; Perform scheduling, cost control. Coordinate with Contractors on daily activities (such as labor logs, material procurement, four-week schedule, and track of monthly job budget costs.)

 

Review design change architectural/ structural drawings for updated plans and change cost estimates as required.

 

Requires Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related (foreign equivalent) + 1 year experience.
